Our attention has been drawn to the fraudulent activities of persons posing as TÜV NORD GROUP employees. The fraud involves sending people false job offers.
We recommend that you do not respond to communications that you suspect may be fraudulent. If you suspect recruitment fraud and TÜV NORD GROUP (including our brands DMT, Alter Technology and TÜViT) or any of our subsidiaries is mentioned, first get in touch with the respective TÜV NORD GROUP company in your country to confirm the communication as fraudulent.
How to identify recruitment fraud
- The perpetrators will often ask recipients to complete bogus recruitment documentation, such as application forms, terms and conditions of employment or visa forms.
- The TÜV NORD GROUP name and logo (or that of our brands DMT, Alter Technology or TÜViT) is featured on the documentation without authority.
- The email does not come from an official TÜV NORD GROUP company email address and instead uses an address from a free email service such as: Gmail, Outlook.com, Live.com, Yahoo, etc.
- There is an early request for personal information such as address details, date of birth, resume (CV), passport details, etc.
