In the first few weeks, everything is still very new for you - time to get to know each other. During a guided tour of the location, you will get to know your new working environment and some of your colleagues. Your manager will provide you with relevant documents, such as an induction plan to help you get your bearings for the first few weeks and other useful information. You will find your way into the workflow of your department through initial concrete tasks and successes. We see this progress and present you with new challenges step by step. You will regularly discuss developments with your colleagues. You can expect the following focal points:
