Venture Clienting @ TÜV NORD
innoTANK works closely with our Business Units to identify scenarios for future challenges. Using the strategic foresight method, various future scenarios are developed that allow concrete ideas and measures to be derived for the orientation of the TÜV NORD GROUP service portfolio. The colleagues at innoTANK support the development of new services and the optimization of processes through the targeted search for solution partners. innoTANK is internationally networked in start-up networks. With the Venture Clienting program, innoTANK supports the business units in launching pilot projects with the solution partners found and takes on the bureaucratic work. This allows the business units to concentrate fully on the solution in order to test it quickly and cost-effectively and introduce it later. Numerous pilot projects have already been initiated, some of which have been successfully completed and implemented.
This innovative approach by innoTANK was awarded the German Excellence Prize in the Business Model category in 2025.
